At Lominie, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related information.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Lominie products to customers in various countries and regions. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Lominie is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the package and product. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with the next steps.
